Today we went to the track bright and early at 8 a.m. and from there, I was in the production and graphics hauler which is where the director/producer/ and graphics people are. It was… awesome. I heard the director and producers tell the pit commentator what to ask the drivers and all of that stuff and it was just good to see… knowing that’s what I wanted to do. Bascially… that’s where I want to be if I get a job in NASCAR. Saw Hunter, a guy we went to school with who graduated two semesters ago and now has a job with ESPN doing the Busch series stuff… At 12, we were done, so I went to the Busch race and the other two came back to the hotel room……….

So I go down on the field for Busch introductions and Tony comes out with his…. whatever. I’m not normally don’t say much on their personal lives but for once I am. It won’t last. Know why? She was bored as hell. She walked around like a robot, didn’t even want to sit on the pit box until a guy basically dragged her up there. She didn’t listen (like say DeLana, Nicole, Kim, Buffy, Sherry, etc.) does and she was gone before the second caution. Sure, she may like fishing but I don’t think it’s going to last and she reminds me of a fucking robot or puppet, the type that’s forehead and top part of the mouth moves and not the bottom half. She has no chin. She’s NOT pretty in person.

DeLana Harvick, on the other hand, is beautiful. I didn’t even realize she was up at Tony’s pit box until she accidentally bumped into me and apologized. I realized who she was and smiled and that’s about it, but she’s very pretty in person. I stood around there for a little while until I realized I actually wanted to watch the race… so I walked down the pits and made my way back around the track to the grandstands to watch the conclusion of the race.

Tomorrow we need to be there at seven in the morning. It’s going to be a long day. I’m sure we’ll have a run through before the 500 ever starts and hopefully I’ll get to see Kelly Clarkson. She was at the track today but I didn’t see her any. I didn’t even get to see Kellie Pickler b/c I was busy and was walking out there when she was leaving.

Though, I have pondered something with my days in the NASCAR world… why is my favorite driver, my favorite driver? Why are all the wives (well most of them) and girlfriends these little things that will look like wrinkled cancer sticks in 30 years?
