So… I worked today. I woke up late because I didn’t sleep good last night and I got ready, wearing my TB shirt and shorts, and went to work and the building manager wasn’t there. So I had to call Public Saftey to come and unlock the door for me. So I work and usually when I work on weekends, I don’t stay the whole time but today I did. I worked from 3 to 9:30 and only two people came in today…. the/my asshole (guy) and a guy that played only one game of pool and that’s it. How screwed up is that? Oh well.. whatever. It was good to see him. He was trying to get to me, I’m sure. He was scruffy, Tony Stewart scruffy and I have a weakness for that. He stayed for a few hours, watched the Busch race even though I really didn’t pay attention to it because it was boring and I basically just sat here on my laptop the whole time. I tried to work on law but I didn’t. My concentration was horrible because I had started to get a headache and well, I blame him.
I’ve planned my classes for the summer and fall:
Summer:
Maymester: (Monday through Friday for 2 1/2 weeks)
     - Race, Class, & Gender
     - International Media
     June/July (Monday through Thursday)
     - College Algebra
     - History
     - Diversity in MediaFall:
    Mon/Wed/Fri
     - Media Criticism
    - Broadcasting & Culture
    - Biology 1010 (M/W only)
    Tue/Thur
    - Field Production 2
    - Bio 1040 Lab (Tues only)
    - History of Civilization II
Yeah, it’s a little tedious but I may drop either the Race, Class, & Gender in the summer or the History of Civilization II in the fall and take the Spring because I only have 11 hours left after the next two semesters and I need 12 for full time… but I don’t want to but that’s beside the point. I’m worried that the summer will be too much for me. Fall is 17 hours and that’s a lot and I know it’s a lot but I can do it. It doesn’t seem that much when you’re looking at it but it’s a lot of hours. I think I can make it and I can make it in the summer if I work my ass off… there’s one class I really want to take in Maymester but it would only be an elective…. Magic, Religion, and Witchcraft.. it’s an Anthropology class and I really really want to take that but it’s at the same time as International Media and I need that more.
I register Monday morning - my first time registering as a senior and I’m so giddy it’s not even funny. I’m hoping that the teacher in Field 2 will let us do our own projects in the Fall because I really want to do my project on the idea I have… and it doesn’t involve any pimps or race car drivers.
So tomorrow my goal is to read Chapter 9 for Media Law and watch the race, maybe write a little on either “Crash” or “Taking the Wheel” if I get time.

My classes are kinda odd; They meet two days a week for a month in the summer and then they’re over.
Broadcasting and Culture sounds interesting. I think the Race, Class, and Gender one does too. My best friend took something similar here at UTK and loved it. I’d drop the history course and take it in the spring. If it’s anything like mine, it’s a lot of work.
