I know sometimes it seems like there is no hope and you are alone. I feel that at times too, but here's what helps me. It might work for you, but I'd give it a try. At night before I go to sleep, I start to write in my notebook that i keep on my nightstand. I write about all the good things that i have in my life. I might not like my job at the moment, but at least I have one. I might not be thrilled with my one bedroom/one bath apartment, but at least I have a roof over my head. I might be eating bologna and cheese, but at least I have something to eat. I write about my family and my friends and the people that love me. Even when I don't really love myself. I don't dwell on the bad stuff before I go to bed, I concentrate on the good things and that helps me sleep better.
