I remember seeing Johnny Depp for the first time in one of the first Freddy Kreuger movies. I can’t remember which one it was, but I think it was the first one, “Nightmare on Elm Street”. I remember his name was Glen. The movie was awesome and the way Freddy would come to the kids in their dreams was my favorite part. My other favorite Johnny Depp movie is another one of his early films… “Private Resort”. He played this teenage boy named Jack who with his friend Ben go to this private resort down in Florida and they get into all kinds of trouble. I think my favorite part in “Private Resort” is when they are trapped in the hotel room with Hector Elizondo and his wife in the film and they’re getting “intimate”.

But now Johnny Depp has moved on from the “Pirate of the Caribbean” movies and is playing in “Sweeny Todd.” I’ll be honest; I didn’t know what “Sweeny Todd” was until I watched Kevin Smith’s “Jersey Girl” and Ben Affleck took his daughter to see the play. Now I know what the movie is about somewhat, a crazy barber, and I really can’t wait until I see the movie. So go visit the official Sweeney Todd movie site and check it out for yourself! Dear Santa,

For Christmas, I want one simple thing - the perfect guy. I don’t want a fraternity boy who wears his polo shirts with his popped collar or gets a haircut every week. I want a boy who knows how to rock and a boy who knows how to make me laugh. I want a boy who can appreciate the fact that I have plans for my life and that I can’t spend every waking moment with him. I want a guy who can understand my love for sports and music. I want a guy who isn’t an asshole and isn’t all about appearance. I want a guy who isn’t perfect. I want a guy who isn’t scared to be himself and cares about things. Most of all, I just want the perfect guy for me.

Yes, a few times. It was okay but I like acoustics better.

Jimmi Hendrix was pretty cool and Joe Perry from Aersomith and Richie Sambora from Bon Jovi are rock gods.

Yesterday was… interesting. We get down to Jacksonville at 7:30 and end up not having a place to park and we thought we were going to have to pay $30 to park which.. huh…. not happening. Eventually we get a parking place and I get placed to be the producers “phone person” which basically what I ended up doing was answering the phone for the producer… they would call and say “So and so has an injured ankle and will be out the rest of the game”. I tell the producer, the producer tells the director who tells the broadcasters. I also wore this little headset and everytime there was an injured player, I would tell this guy (I think he was in NY) who it was and what team, or if there was a time out, I would tell who and what team. It was interesting and I felt like I had an important job role. (more…)

Okay so it didn’t show Tony on Garth’s concert last night, it doesn’t matter. We know he was there, and we know he saw one hell of a concert. It made me cry… several times. I watched 6pm until what… 10pm? Garth is such a great man… He’s just amazing.

It was something he said during the interview with Lorriane Crook about how he loves watching the audience, trying to guess which song that person came to hear. He’ll play “The Dance” and see someone’s face light up and know that person came to hear him sing that song and that’s what he loves. It’s small things like that… that kill me. He and Reba McEntire, they are my heros. (more…)

One of Garth Brooks’ concerts from Kansas City earlier this month will be broadcasted tonight on GAC. Reportedly, Tony Stewart will be there as he told on his radio show this week that he went to see the G-Man’s concert. It’s believed that the show that will be shown will show Tony, so be on the look out.I, on the other hand, well, I’m trying to figure out if I should love Tony Stewart anymore or hate his ass for going to see my ‘Daddy’ without me.
