Tomorrow is the big day… my final surgery to help “make myself over,” so to speak. I have to be at the dentist at 8:30 in the morning. I’m nervous, but I’m also excited at the same time. Thankfully this time the surgery wasn’t postponed again and it’s finally going to happen.

This week has been pretty busy. I’ve been writing a lot on “Long Trip Alone” and been working furiously on my internship position with the school planner. It’s really coming along. When it’s all done, I’ll post a PDF page of what it looks like and stuff. I’m really excited about it. Thankfully now that I got really caught up, I can hopefully miss Monday and maybe Tuesday if I’m not feeling up to it. I’ve been at the office everyday from around noon until seven or eight at night. I like designing and it’s one of my favorite things about the stuff I do besides obviously the writing.

As for the other stuff that’s been going on? Well Backstreet Boys released an Atlanta tour date and it’s on a Wednesday night. I thought at first it would be the Wednesday night of our first issue of the paper with me as Editor-in-Chief but we’re starting class a week later this coming fall, so it’s the first week of class.. most of my classes are on Tuesday and Thursday so still it’s a no-go. I don’t really want to go to Atlanta to see them. I’d rather go to Orlando. I’m just glad they finally released a Southern date.

What kills me is how a lot of BSB fans are going around to ALL the freakin’ US dates that are listed so far… How do these people do this? Seriously, one or two, maybe three is okay, especially if it’s within a distance but holy shit, goin to eight shows across the country?

Yeah, I got banned from a BSB board this week for telling a fan to get the stick out of her ass. LMAO I’m so sad *wipes tear from eye* Psh, whatever.

BUT… I do have some good concert news. My boy Luke Bryan who I interviewed last semester for the newspaper will be playing the Georgia National Fair this year with another Georgia native, Jason Aldean. Tickets go on sale on my birthday so I might get tickets to that. Luke puts on a great concert and is awesome as hell. Jason puts on a great show too from what I saw in Nashville last summer.

Oh, and Grey’s Anatomy - Hello Hauhn and Callie kiss! Mark Sloan is so hot… another woman kissing me wouldn’t make me want him, I’d want him anyway. LMAO!

Ok, I’m going to go finish watching the pit crew challenge on Speed.
