I just went and had some early birthday cake and ice cream with my mom while watching “Wipeout” on ABC. The show is hillarious. If you haven’t seen it, you should. We sat at work the other day watching the first two episodes. My old boss, who I still work with, wants to go on that show. It’s awesome.

I’ve been planning out my fall semester and taking a que from my old friend Taylor… make the perfect semester. While, nothing is perfect… because I would rather NOT be taking a Biology lab, but oh well.

Monday
11-11:50 - Essential Reporting Skills (1 credit hour - for my journalism seal)

Tuesday / Thursdays (Italics are unsure at moment)
9:30-10:45 - Document Design (If I get into a class mentioned below, I’m going to drop it. Thursday mornings at 9:30 are early for me since I have late Wednesday nights at the paper) (3 credit hours)
12:30-145 - News Writing (3 credit hours - journalism seal)
2:00 - 3:15 - Human Sexuality (This is the class I want to get into. When I thought I was going to graduate in December, there was no way I could take it, but now since I’m not… I can. My Race, Class, & Gender teacher suggested it to me.) (3 credit hours)
3:30-4:45 - Media Economics & Managment (The radio station advisor is teaching it and my boss at my other job is his wife, who suggested it) (3 credit hours)

Wednesday
12-1:50 - Bio lab (1 credit hour)

Friday - NO CLASS!

I’m also taking a directed study class which doesn’t have a meeting class. It’s called Digital Reporting (3 credit hours) and I’ll be creating a lot of content for the newspaper website with it and I believe writing a guide for upcoming students on how to do stuff on the web. So I guess I’m writing a book? Not sure.

I really do want to take Document Design, especially since we’re going to be using Quark 8 at the newspaper. I’m not sure if I want to take that Media Economics & Managment class either, but I need 12 hours to be fulltime. Hopefully Dr. George will let me in the Human Sexuality class and I may just keep the Document Design.I don’t want to be up at ‘em at 9:30 on Thursday mornings, but… if there’s nothing else, I can live with it.

And yay! I just got a call from Sarah, our advertising rep, she’s back from getting married this summer! So I have to go to bed earlier so I can be there earlier to show her the new office. Yay! Now we can finally get on the ball!

It feels like this summer has flown by… Jesus.

Also, I have to have another procedure done in September to my mouth… costs $300 so I have to save up for that. It’s because the bones in my mouth are doing something weird, not sure. My smile is perfect, just… that kind of stuff. They said it was normal, so as long as I’m okay, that’s all that matters.
