Homecoming Game last year / Carlos

I know a promised a more detail update the other day and I think I’m finally getting to that. I think, because I’m tired and I’m sitting here watching the California race, so I’m trying to stay awake.

First off, my phone is back on and I have a brand new cell phone number. The sperm donor had the old number because I’m such an idiot and gave it to him. So I’m getting used to that and I’m dying my hair back to brown tomorrow because this red thing isn’t for me, I think. Speaking of the sperm donor (aka never been a father), I may have some news concerning him later in the week.

Other than that, the first two weeks of school has been pretty smoth. Most of my classes are on Tuesday and Thursday, but I’m busy the other three days also with working, newspaper meetings, and starting soon, communication board meetings. I’m really enjoying the journalism classes because they intrigue me and I want to be better at it. Our new editorial advisor on the newspaper is pretty cool also. I was playing “S.O.S.” by the JoBros during production night and he knew who it was. He has kids and they like the JB and Miley Cyrus, so that’s cool. The staff is getting along great and besides two editoris being new to Quark, everything is running pretty great.

The football team has won both of their games so far this season and thankfully they have an off-weekend this coming weekend. I want to watch the Saturday night Richmond race, so I didn’t want to miss it. I have press-passes to take photos at the home games, but they don’t have another home game until later in the semester. I may go to some of the Vollyball games and take some photos.. that’s our weekest part of the newspaper right now. We had hardly any photos last week.

Other than that, everything else is chill. Gas is still killing me. My headaches have slightly went away. That’s about it.

Life is kind of okay right now…. but the gas going back up thanks to this hurricane will have be bitching again soon, just wait.
