Today was a long today… I worked from 11:30 until 5:30 and then went to my office down the hall for an hour to work on some internship stuff. My day, however, was filled with much enjoyment.

I have been on a major Nick Carter kick all day. Yes, to all you NASCAR fans that visit this site, I am a certified Backstreet fanatic. Okay, so I don’t cry when I see them in concert, but I did tell Nick Carter to stop stalking me (long story). LMFAO! To deal with this stuff and after reminising of old internet “fame” in the Backstreet world, I’m going to start my own personal BSB site up again. Not one where people can post their stories, but one of my OWN. It will also include my NASCAR stories. McFanGirl and Backstreet Fiction will stay as they are but I think I need to do this for myself. (more…)

First there was this….. now this picture. That’s Kevin Harvick’s in-car camera up there on the television. I think Mr. Nickolas Carter enjoys himself some NASCAR. Stop copying me… bastard!

I’m sitting here at work, watching CNN and listening to the candidates gives speeches, getting ready for the next voting session. I only work three hours today and then I’m heading back home. I’ll be doing my radio show on Saturday’s after work from now on, but not this week or next weekend either. I’m going to the dentist this Thursday and then next Monday for some work and I’m scared shitless. I’m more or less scared that it’s going to hurt so much that I’m not going to want to work or go to class and I can’t not do that.

I’m also trying to decide if I want to get the pay-per-view of the Chili Bowl tonight. I want to see the race, but I don’t really want to spend the money on it. How sad is that? Eh, I’ll watch DeGrassi instead. If one of my other boys were in it, I would get it, but that’s $20 I can use on something else.

So Backstreet Boy Nick Carter has been big into the Nashville scene lately, thinking about moving there, which is also where songwriter Andrew Fromm (wrote several BSB songs such as “I Need You Tonight”) lives. Apparently, they’ve written a song entitled “Two Forevers” which has been recorded by new Curb recording artist Nicole Witt. Click here to check out Andrew’s MySpace page to hear “Two Forevers”.

I think it’s a good song, great lyrics, very… loving I suppose. It’ll make a great “wedding” song and it tickles me pink that ol’ Carter is into the country scene.

So I’m watching the final top 10 songs of the 1990’s on VH1 and here is the list. While I agree with most, some I do not… but I must say, seeing my boys, Backstreet Boys, in the number three spot warms my heart. Where is ‘N Sync? Thirty. Ha. Who is the real talent?

My God…. I swear, something will just come hit your ass and you remember how much you lust after someone. That someone will remain nameless, but they’re in the new Backstreet Boys video haha… so yeah, not that hard to guess. I LOVE this video… simple, black and white, the sun shining behind Nick’s head… very nice… the chick could go but eh.
