Christmas in Wonderland?

So something told me to call the loan company today to see how my case was going and the lady told me that they were mailing out a check later today so that everything went through! This isn’t a loan with the school so this is to help me pay for Summer and to go to the dentist to get that all done. I’m going to go ahead and start paying the fees and stuff now while I’m still in school. However, I asked for a little extra in the amount so that my Mom and I won’t be stuck at home during Christmas. I want to go to Nashville or Charlotte for Christmas… and from the looks of it, it’ll be Charlotte. I’d rather go to Nashville but it’s too expensive to go. Hopefully it’ll snow up in North Carolina, and hopefully we do get to go. It’ll be nice not being stuck here, alone because honestly, we’re always alone on Christmas - ever since my Granny died and even thinking about going somewhere for Christmas is making me be in the Christmas spirit and I haven’t been in the Christmas spirit since she died. I used to love Christmas and now, like every other holiday, it’s just another day. I want it to be special.

There was nothing left to say

So another sleepless itchy night and I missed Social Problems again this morning and got to Field 2 just in time to edit some. The movie due date was pushed back (thank God). Afterwards  I went to the doctor and basically they said I have an allergic reaction to something and we just don’t know what. So they gave me a steriod shot, some other meds, and stuff and now I’m at work until 6. Daniel is picking up my meds from the drug store for me before he comes to relieve me at work and then I’ve got to go upstairs to the newspaper for some stuff. I’m so freakin’ hungry. I’m not sure why I’m hungry. I want some spaghetti or something.

That’s really all I’ve got going on. The two people going to Jacksonville with me, both guys, I don’t know all that well, so that’s gonna be interesting.  I have to work for someone here Saturday, so I’m going to use that to catch up on some homework and maybe write a little. I need to write on my Lou Pearlman paper. Ick, don’t want to do that.

Right now I just want to go to sleep.

You know I need you, because I breathe you

Sorry, I’ve been listening to a song on repeat today for a while. No idea why, but it’s been in my head all day. But to say the least, my life has been kind of hectic the past few days.

First off, I found out that I’m going to have to graduate sooner than next fall, so I’m shooting towards the summer. I’ve used all my loan money after the spring so I’ve got to save up to pay for the summer semester. So, I’m going to be working my ass off next semester with everything. Never again… will I love you….

Today’s been, eh, weird? I don’t know. I feel weird. I forgot to go to the doctor this morning so I’m getting up at the ass crack of dawn in the morning to go so I can be at class at 9:30. But yeah, I woke up at 7:30 this morning and been on the go ever since. I’m sitting up here in my office right now and it’s almost seven. I’ve finished my research paper on Elvis. I’m just sitting here. Don’t know why. I need to go home. I just checked my bank account and I have JUST enough to cover Charlotte. I think I did a good job at saving money… it’s been with me since September…. over a month now. I’m proud of myself. (more…)

Today was a long day

First off, I woke up this morning because I was woken up by Tony. I’m not sure how, but I heard his voice or name spoken on TV (it was on CBS) and I opened my eyes and there was gangster Tony, Denny, and Kyle on my teley-vis-shian. Yes, I’m saying it in a French accent.

So we went to the dentist office and for once, I didn’t feel bad with a dentist. See, my teeth aren’t in the best shape thanks to this huge fight with depression that I went through a few years ago. In the last year, they’ve gotten worse and I want to have them fixed before I graduate college. (more…)
