Ah, to have a penis!

This morning has been enlightning so far… first off I wear my Vote for Hillary 2008 t-shirt to class this mornign where I immediately get jumped on. That’s one thing I hate about politics, people take it too fucking personally! So what? I want to vote for someone, who gives a crap! This chick, who I have no idea who she is, but she’s in one of my senior media classes, jumps on me practically saying “Why are you voting for her? What do you have to say for yourself?” and I replied: “Back off, it’s a t-shirt and it’s eight in the morning, shut the fuck up!”

And then I found out that Fox has called the school wanting students to come work for them again for Speedweeks down in Daytona but one thing… they must have a penis. Well, I wasn’t born with one, so I can’t. Basically, they’re wanting to be cheap and I guess put the guys all in one room together. It sucks but honestly, I don’t have time to really do it this semester with my classes and other responsibilities, but I would have liked to had the opportunity. Meeting and seeing Dierks Bentley and interviewing Luke Bryan is a little more important I believe, at least to me right now. Fine, I’m bitter, leave me alone but I’m okay with it. My mom wants to go to the Shootout but I just don’t think I want to. I’m just not excited the season is starting, I’m not into it at that moment, and I think I know why but I’m not going to say why on here but people can’t pretty much guess if they think about it. I’m a little burned by it all plus I’m so busy I don’t have time to even think about it.

I don’t wanna be in love…

*sings*  EVERYBODY! Sorry, I’m giddy tonight. Not only did I get a brand new 19″ flat screen monitor for my desktop, but Hillary won in Nevada! I’m very excited about this. If she comes near North Florida (aka Tallahassee area) and I’m able to go, I’m going. I also ordered a t-shirt to wear and support her around campus.

Eventful… very eventful

Ever have one of those days where just about everything goes right? That was me today pretty much.  I had to go to work today to start production on the paper and got asked if I wanted an internship oppurtunity with the school this summer to create and design the school planner that is used by all of the students and staff. I also found out that we placed in four categories for the state newspaper awards, so that’s exciting too. The awards are next month so we’ll have to go to those.

On top of all of that, I was able to get into the Biology lab that I need and into a video workshop so all I need to take this summer is math and I’ll graduate. I may take this magic and witchcraft class in Maymester just because I want to and I’ve wanted to since I started to school there. I don’t care if I have to pay for it out of my own pocket. It’ll be awesome.

And Obama won Iowa…. great. Peachy. If he becomes President, I’m moving to Montreal, Canada - such a neutral country.

I’m not a very political person

but I admit, after working on the news project for my Media Criticism class this past semester, I’ve really gotten into this Presidental election and I’m going to speak out now on my choice for President… Hillary Clinton. I was a fan of her husbands and while I couldn’t support him because I was in middle and high school, I can now support Hillary and I honestly believe that she will turn this country around.
