.. and you know what that means. There’s all of these sales at different clothing stores, especially for sexy swimwear and I need to hurry up and get this money that I’m expecting so that I can hurry up and get on some of these sales. I live in humid weather and all of these winter clothes make me itch, which is sad I know, but I’m a summer clothes girl… the bright colors, the short sleeves. Ahh, I need money to go shopping.
I can’t believe I haven’t posted on this blog since Sunday morning. What is wrong with me?
I’m busy… that’s what.
This week has been hectic, very hectic, but very interesting at the same time. I recieved great news that I’m going to have more than enough money to help cover next semester. ABC News is coming to my school to film it’s evening news next Friday! The pick-up rate at the newspaper has jumped 7% since last semester and that’s because more people are reading the newspaper, which eventually means I’m doing a good job!
Today was a pretty long day… Woke up early to head and pick up my check and deposit it before heading to work. Then I had a Communication Board Meeting and then the newspaper meeting. I thought for a few that I was going to be nominated to be Homecoming Queen and I’m sorry, but no… no thanks. We all nominated Dana to represent the newspaper for the event.
I then went to Walmart and ran into my old best friend from high school. We chatted for a few before going shopping a little. I’m ashamed of myself because I bought a Jonas Brothers poster, but it’s their Rolling Stone cover. I’m going to take it to hang up at work. We all love the JB’s… even our new adviser… his daughters like them.
Other than that, I saw the cutest baby clothes today while looking online!
I really feel bad for not posting much but I have been SO busy. If you would like the URL to the newspaper site where I have a blog at, just yell at me through the comments here and I’ll e-mail it to you.
So I made $115 bucks today working. One job was $20 an hour and the other was my typical three hour job on Saturdays. Feels good making some good money. Of course, it’s all going to the dentist, but who cares.
I did, however, go splurge a little. I’ve been holding onto this $85 gift card from Best Buy and finally decided to treat myself to something today. I bought a TV tuner for my laptop b/c my old one is missing a chord and isn’t up to par with Vista and XP (yes, that’s how old it is). I also got “Enchanted” which I want to watch tonight but I’m kind of tired.
CONGRATULATIONS MR. TONY STEWART!!!
I don’t know, but seeing Tony with that little girl made my uterus hurt. How sweet was that? THAT is my Tony Stewart. I called him winning the Nationwide race yesterday. I think tomorrow may be a great day as well.

Everybody that knows me knows that I love clothes. I have a whole closet full and even some clothes that aren’t in the closet because I have no room. I buy stuff, wear it one or two times and never wear it again. There are some things that I can’t wear enough and there’s a hole in them.
For those that love new stylish junior clothing that are very affordable, I know where you should go…Heavenly Couture! They have quality clothing that can be purchased right off of their very chic website. Their prices beat the competition out of the ball park because everything is $17.95 or less! How can you get better than that? My favorite item is Fairy Eyelet Pink Cami that you can view to your right. If they had it in a few sizes larger, I would buy it in a heartbeat! I also like the Colorful Cap Sleeve Tee because I love sleeves that kind of poof up like that! I also really like the Black and White Empire dress. My friend would look great with that on and maybe a pair of jeans on a cold night? I like the dressy type tops that you can wear with jeans and Heavenly Couture has several of those.
So I’m always talking about how I hate the majority of my family, meaning my mom’s brothers and sisters with the expection of my mom’s youngest brother and his wife, who is my favorite aunt. I grew up with her kids who were 9 months older than me and 9 months younger. With our other cousin, who is 11 months older than me, we were always together, spending the night at each other’s house and stuff. Well, the other cousin comes from the aunt who I’ve never liked. She’s big mouthed, annoying, minding everybody in town’s business and she’s hella annoying and the biggest liar known to man.
Well today while my mom and I were at the mall, my aunt (the one I love) called and said that she and my uncle were going up town and to come on by (which is right outside of town) to get our presents. She always buys us something whether we have the money to get them anything or not. My uncle is the one that originally got me into NASCAR when I was in middle and high school. She didn’t want to leave the presents in the garage so we decided to leave to head on out there before they left.
Well, we get in there and she hands me my present and it’s long and I thought it was a mirror maybe… like a Playboy Bunny mirror that’s at the mall that I like and have contemplated getting. So I unwrap it and as I unwrap a corner… I see it.
